For China, Migrant Crisis Is Someone Else’s Fault, and Responsibility

China is reluctant to get involved in efforts to solve humanitarian crises that it believes are not of its own making. It sees the global refugee crisis as a byproduct of the American and European propensity to push for regime change in places like Syria.
